Fiesta Cellular, fastest growing wireless retail store in DFW metroplex, sells smartphones, accessories, and all thing tech. We are looking for full-time motivated bi-lingual (English & Spanish) wireless sales associate for our Farmers Branch location.

Responsibilities:

As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you help create energy and excitement around popular brands and products that everyone knows and uses. You'll use your knowledge and passion to drive an effortless customer experience while pursuing challenging and rewarding goals.  Apple, Android, and windows software experience is preferred. Must assist retail and commercial customers through in store, online, and phone support. Candidate must proactively assist customers’ cell phone and other tech needs. Candidate must enjoy being team player and maintain proper inventory by stocking and facing shelves.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in cell phone industry
• Must be customer service and sales focused with high motivation
• Bi-lingual and excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform multiple projects/tasks to effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen.

Compensation & Schedule:

• $500 Sign in Bonus (after 60 days)
•  $12.00/hr plus Commission (an average of $2 - $3 per hour)
• This position will cover 35+ hours. Availability needed at least two weekdays and weekends. Store hours:10 am to 7 pm.

Responsibilities:

This position requires experience repairing and diagnosing damaged cell phones, Tablets, and other devices as needed. Apple, Android, and Windows software experience is required. Candidate needs to assist retail and commercial customers. The candidate will be passionate about innovation and work in an ever-changing cell phone industry environment. Candidate needs to solve customers’ cell phone repairing issues and add-on as upsell products. Candidate must enjoy being a team player and maintain proper inventory by stocking and facing shelves.
